The tools we reached for were all built to manage WordPress — to push updates, run backups and migrate sites. Useful, but they treated the activity log as an afterthought, trapped on a single site, inside the same database that just got compromised. Nothing gave us the one thing we actually needed at scale: a trustworthy, cross-site answer to "who changed what, and when?"

So we built it. VigilDeck is a monitoring and activity-intelligence platform, not a management one. A free connector plugin records activity on each site and streams a signed copy off-site, where it becomes one searchable, tamper-evident timeline for every site you run.
