Is the WordPress plugin free?
Yes. The VigilDeck connector plugin is free forever on WordPress.org and logs activity locally with no account. A paid plan adds the off-site, cross-site cloud dashboard, longer retention, alerts and PageSpeed monitoring.
How does per-site billing work on Pro?
On Pro you are billed a small flat fee for each connected site per month. Add or remove sites at any time and your invoice adjusts on the next cycle. There is no minimum and no seat charge.
What counts as a "site"?
One WordPress installation with the VigilDeck connector linked to your account. A multisite network counts each active subsite that streams events.
Do you charge per team member?
No. Seats are free on every paid plan. Invite as many Agents and client Owners as you need — you only pay for the number of sites you monitor.
Which currencies and payment methods do you support?
We bill in USD, EUR and INR. Indian customers pay through Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking); USD and EUR are handled by Stripe. We never store your card details.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your dashboard at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period, and your data stays available per your plan’s retention window.
